Important information – please read carefully!

To ensure your digital will fulfills its purpose and reaches your heirs, the following steps are still necessary:

  1. Print/Sign: Print out all pages and sign them in the marked places – including the power of attorney.
  2. Enveloping: The document consists of two parts. public part Place it in a large DIN A4 envelope. secret part Place the (orange) items in a separate envelope, seal it, and also put it in the DIN A4 envelope. The secret envelope will only be given to your heirs.
  3. Submit: Please send the document by post to: Attorney Dr. Roger Kressin, Grillparzerstraße 45, 60320 Frankfurt am Main.
  4. Copy via email: Save the document as a PDF and protect the file with a password (enter this password in the confidential section above). Send the encrypted PDF to roger@kressin-law.de.

  6. Keep up to date: If your login details change, please update the list immediately and send us the new, password-protected PDF by email.
