We have login credentials for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Computer, smartphone and tablet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data in the cloud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online books and music<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online shops like Amazon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social networks like Facebook and X<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online banking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telephone and internet providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and many, many more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After our death, our heirs generally no longer have access to these accounts and devices. Enforcing the right to access the data as an heir is \u2013 to put it mildly \u2013 a nightmare and often proves unsuccessful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, settle your digital legacy today: Deposit your digital will with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do I have to do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must ensure that your offspring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After your death, access to your login data will be granted.,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However, this data cannot be misused during the person&#039;s lifetime.,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The login details must always be up-to-date \u2013 an old password is of no use to anyone.,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are informed that you have arranged your digital legacy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Central collection of all data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Password manager:<\/strong> If you use a password manager like iCloud Keychain, 1Password, or Bitwarden, most of your online passwords are stored there. In that case, you only need to provide us with the master password for that program. Important: Device passwords\u2014for example, for computers or smartphones\u2014are generally not stored there; access to these must also be secured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Written list:<\/strong> Alternatively, you can record your access data in writing. This requires a lot of organization and discipline, as every change must be entered. Furthermore, there is a risk of misuse if the list falls into the wrong hands \u2013 and you must ensure that it actually reaches your descendants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Please provide us with your login details.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best technology and the most comprehensive list are useless if your descendants don&#039;t know about them or can&#039;t access them. Therefore, please store your login details securely with us. As lawyers, we are obligated to treat all your data with the utmost discretion and keep it safe from unauthorized access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I create and store my digital will?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The process is simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Fill it out directly online:<\/strong> Fill out the form and click on &quot;Download as PDF &amp; print&quot;. You will receive a completed PDF and a printout \u2013 your entries will not be transferred and will remain on your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Offline with Excel:<\/strong> Download the form as an Excel file, fill it out offline, and print it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then follow the instructions at the end of the form: print it out, sign it, seal the confidential part and send everything to us by post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/kressin-law.de\/en\/digitales-testament-formular\/\">Fill out the form online<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/kressin-law.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Vorlage-Digitales-Testament-v1.51.xlsx\">Download as an Excel file<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How much does the deposit cost?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deposit costs \u20ac28.00 plus VAT, therefore <strong>\u20ac33.32 per year<\/strong>.
